Philosophy of the Shield
In a LOSC, Security is not about "force"—it is about Sanctuary. The SEC domain exists to create a stable perimeter where the other seven domains can function without fear. We are the "firewall" of the social OS. If SEC fails, the cell ceases to be a community and becomes a target.
Reality Check: What to Expect
This is 99% observation and 1% action. You are not a soldier; you are a Guardian of the Fiduciary. Your job is to be the first to see a threat and the last to lose your temper. If you are looking for a reason to use a weapon, you are in the wrong domain. We use de-escalation as our primary tool, and physical intervention as a final, catastrophic failure of protocol.
Core Mandates
- Perimeter Integrity: Maintain the physical and social boundaries of the Cell.
- Situational Awareness: Monitoring local news, radio, and physical approaches.
- Entry/Exit Protocol: Managing the "Handshake" for new Rank 0 arrivals.
- Internal Peace: Acting as a neutral party in internal disputes (Triage to ADM).
ICS Interface Protocol
> MODE: De-confliction & Translation
When external SEC arrives, you identify as the **Safety Officer**. Present your perimeter logs and any incident reports. Do not mirror their posture; provide the **Data API** they need to see the Cell as a 'Non-Threat' and a 'Controlled Environment'.
